Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to StoreRecibo, a service operated by 264 Moyallen LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company (“StoreRecibo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using StoreRecibo, you agree to these Terms.

Business service

StoreRecibo is a business invoice-management service designed to help organizations capture, organize, review, track, and report invoice, accounting, payment-status, product, and commission information.

Accounts and authorized use

You must provide accurate information, protect your account credentials, and use StoreRecibo only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Organization administrators control user roles and access within their organizations.

Customer data

As between you and StoreRecibo, you or your organization retain ownership of documents and business information submitted to the service. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, display, secure, support, and improve the service.

You represent that you have the authority and necessary rights to submit the information and documents you upload.

Automated processing and accuracy

StoreRecibo may use document-recognition and artificial intelligence technologies to extract and organize invoice information. Automated results may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing information before using it for accounting, payments, reporting, taxes, commissions, or other business decisions.

StoreRecibo does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice and does not replace qualified professional review.

Prohibited conduct

You may not:

• Use StoreRecibo unlawfully or to violate another person’s rights.
• Access an organization, account, or record without authorization.
• Upload malicious code or interfere with service operation.
• Attempt to bypass security or access controls.
• Reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits.
• Use the service to process information you lack authority to use.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Fees

Certain features may require a paid plan. Applicable pricing, billing terms, renewal terms, and taxes will be disclosed before purchase. App-store purchases may also be subject to the applicable store’s payment and subscription terms.

Intellectual property

StoreRecibo, including its software, design, branding, and related materials, is owned by 264 Moyallen LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, security risks, legal requirements, nonpayment, or conduct that threatens the service or other users. You may stop using the service and request account deletion as described on our Account Deletion page.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoreRecibo is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 264 Moyallen LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the service. Any limitation that cannot legally apply will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify 264 Moyallen LLC against claims arising from your unlawful use of StoreRecibo, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms or another person’s rights.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service develops. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
