StoreRecibo is operated by 264 Moyallen LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company (“StoreRecibo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you use StoreRecibo.

Information we collect

• Account information, including name, email address, authentication identifiers, role, and organization membership.
• Business information, including organization, store, location, user-management, vendor, product, invoice, accounting, payment status, and commission information.
• Documents and content you upload, including invoice files and information extracted from those documents.
• Technical and usage information needed to operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the service, such as request records, timestamps, device or browser information, and error logs.
• Communications you send to support.

How we use information

• Provide, maintain, secure, and improve StoreRecibo.
• Authenticate users and enforce organization-based access.
• Process invoices, organize extracted information, identify duplicates, support reviews, and generate reports.
• Provide accounting, payment-status, and commission-management features.
• Respond to support, privacy, and security requests.
• Comply with legal obligations and prevent misuse.

Automated document processing

StoreRecibo may use automated document-recognition and artificial intelligence services to extract and organize invoice information. Users should review extracted information for accuracy before relying on it for accounting, payment, or commission decisions.

Service providers and disclosures

We may share information with service providers that support authentication, hosting, storage, databases, document processing, artificial intelligence, security, monitoring, and customer support. These providers process information on our behalf and subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, during a business transaction, or with your organization’s authorization. We do not sell personal information or use customer invoice data for third-party behavioral advertising.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain business and audit records, and protect the service. Retention periods may vary by data type and the instructions of the organization controlling the account.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system or method of transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of certain personal information. Organization-managed records may also be subject to the instructions and retention requirements of your organization.

To submit a privacy or account-deletion request, email support@storerecibo.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request.

Children’s privacy

StoreRecibo is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as StoreRecibo develops. We will post the revised policy with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required.
